Emergency and Evacuation procedures have been reviewed and adapted to take social distancing guidelines into account.

Toilet facilities have been reviewed and adapted as necessary.

Public areas will be cleaned frequently throughout the day with a particular focus on frequent contact surfaces and high touch point areas.

Specialist cleaning, including deep and enhanced cleans will be routinely carried out with each event space cleaned extensively before and after the event.

Hand sanitisers have been installed throughout the public areas of the venue.

How we’ll be managing the event to keep you safe

Social Distancing

Visitors will enter the show and follow a one-way system which takes them past every exhibitor’s stand. At the end, visitors can choose to re-enter the show and follow the one-way system again or exit.

Clear signage will remind visitors to socially distance and social distance marshals will where necessary assist with the management of visitor flow.

Shielding screens can have been installed in the ticket office to keep staff and visitors safe.

Visitor Arrival

A temperature check will be a condition of entry for all visitors and exhibitors. Any person displaying a high temperature will not be granted access to the venue. Refunds will be offered to advance ticket purchasers in this unfortunate circumstance.

Staggered visitor admission time slots will enable evenly spread attendance, minimising queuing to provide a safer experience.

Show carrier bags will not be provided this year due to the potential risk of contamination.

What we need you to do

All visitors and exhibitors must wear face masks at all times whilst inside the venue.

Visitors are politely requested to stand 1m+ from exhibitor stand fronts when browsing and purchasing items.

Track and trace – for the purposes of track and trace contact details of at least one member of each party must be taken. If paying on the door for entry, your details will be taken at the point of payment.

Parties of more than six people will not be allowed access to the venue in line with current government guidance.

If things change

We will be carefully monitoring the latest updates from the Government and revising our plans and adaptations as necessary. Currently indoor events are permitted to reopen from 1st October 2020. If this legislation is amended, and the reopening of events centres is delayed, all exhibitors and visitors will be offered the option to use their booking for our 2021 events, or receive a full refund.
